As part of my Spanish language class we prepared omelette’s for the culture festival’s food day. It was a fairly simple recipe but very tasty!

First, slice up the potatoes and onions into small pieces.

Next, fry the potatoes in a deep fryer. Add the onions in late in the process for a flash fry.

Then mix the cooked potatoes with onion with beaten eggs and a little salt.

Fry as you would a regular omelet. Be very careful when flipping them!!
